In-stock orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. High demand items as indicated on product page will require 5-7 business days for processing. For all-over-print items ships within 10 business days.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.

Usually, it takes about 2-4 weeks for shipping as we are delivering from different warehouses. If after 60 days, you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our tier 2 support team and refund your money, no questions asked.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies.
